I already irrationally cried today (over SOUP. Not in my soup, at least) that if I watch tonight, I'll probably be curled on the couch sobbing.

I... Don't know if I can handle it tonight.

Sounds like maybe tonight isn't the best night for it! Maybe wait until the soup is leaving you alone... it's bad enough as it is!
