You've probably read it all already, and I won't be able to say anything new, but I just want to say that I really, really, really enjoyed this thoroughly and I thought the whole thing was brilliantly executed. :D
It's such a wonderfully crafted love story between Prince Arthur and Dr. Merlin Emrys against the backdrop of the world's destruction, and more. I love Uther and Morgana, and Uther's moment just right before the end is such a glorious one for him and so heartbreaking too, especially for Arthur. And I love how Arthur comes to his own--it reminds me of how Aragorn comes to his heritage in LotR--and his moment with the mother is so poignant and such a significant one for him.
Thank you for such an enjoyable read. I love this. Oh, and I haven't even watched the movie. :D
