Yeah, I've been waiting for Gaius to kick it since S1, but he keeps hanging in there! I'm kind of glad, because otherwise Merlin really would be so terribly alone in a lot of ways. And at this point, I'd like Gaius (and the show!) to at least last long enough to see Merlin finally accepted for who he is.
