Well, I guess I never really made a secret of it -- Dirty Dancing. I always end up writing my back-up idea instead, which always seems to be an action movie, and I'm sure this year will be the same.

I know I'll sign up for reel_merlin no matter what, so I'm going to have to find some way to cloister myself this summer and just pound out a lot of fic. Not easy to do in the summer, unfortunately.

Ha, yeah I might give up on BB. Not the fic, just writing it for BB, because I'm just not getting it done fast enough. And I've never written a reel_merlin fic but I had an idea and I don't think the movie has been done before and I am suddenly REALLY excited about the way the plot would work and augh. I just need a longer attention span. Or to only write short fics. XD

Yeah, I hear you on the BB. Sometimes these deadlines help get things done, but sometimes they're just not going to happen.
