Look at it this way: you got it out of the way. It's like the first ding on a new car. Now you can just kind of relax and get on with life.

And hey, I had a heap o' fun making fun of the Dallas County website where I had to go to pay *my* speeding ticket last January. They had a "checkout" page, like you were shopping at amazon.com or something. And then they had the audacity to have a checkbox asking if I'd like to receive "promotional mailings" from Dallas County! Oh, by all means! Please send me spam, Dallas County! *snort*
