Not that this is going to be news to anyone in TPM fandom at this point, but the master_apprentice and m_a_fic lists got TOS'd from yahoogroups today.

I'm really surprised at how shocked and angry I am, and how much I want to cry. I haven't even posted to m_a in months, but for four years it's been my fannish home. When it started, I was still posting there under my real name and addy. No matter what other shiny new fandoms I flittered off and dabbled in, m_a was always home, and the people there were the people I cared the most for in fandom, no matter where else any of them went.

Yeah, we'll recreate the list. And TPM will still always be my home in fandom. But it's a weird and unsettling feeling to have four years of fannish history just wiped out in a blink. I hate that.
