* I had an awesome weekend, the highlight of which was yesterday's trip to the Maryland Renaissance Festival to see Albannach, an awesome Scottish drum and pipe group. Four drummers to one pipe, which is just the ratio I like.

chelseafrew was a dear and sat with me for all 4 performances, even though I think she spent most of it trying to pretend she was seeing Adam Lambert instead.

* Signed up for merlin_holidays and hoping I don't regret it. I was very enthusiastic this morning, but now I'm remembering that I've barely finished anything since last year's merlin_hols....
