Yeah, a lot of the soup I thought was pretty healthy turns out to have some pretty gruesome sodium levels. I've definitely been getting the no-salt-added canned tomatoes for spaghetti sauce and suchlike, and that seemed to go over well. I guess it's not surprising how much salt is in prepared foods in general, but I was still kind of stunned when I started paying attention to the numbers!
