Oh God, hooray, we get to keep Earth. And look for survivors! And yeah, just, I have become so lame over the course of this fic, tearing up all over the place and being so scared for everyone ever. I loved your emphasis on human life, how I wasn't just fearing for the characters I loved - the deaths of Morgana and Uther were heartbreaking. But there were also Owain and Pellinore, the workers, the families of the survivors, and the people Arthur passed on the street every day that he knew, and the story seemed to mourn all of them even as the action kept moving as a good narrative should. That same quality of events continuing upon their course without lessening the feeling that this life and the loss of this person was important, it truly seemed to add to our sense of Arthur's character - his necessary stoicism to deal with the situation, but underneath, the heart that makes him the great king we know in the legend and the show and this fic.
