But I'm bored at work, so I still want a caption contest! Totally non-partisan free-for-all (non-partisan in that anyone of any party affiliation is welcome, not that you can't be partisan in your caption as long as you're also funny).

I sent this to a few people, and two of them had the same reaction: "Please tell me this is photoshopped!" It is pretty scary, but Halloween's just a couple of weeks away.
