Hey, that's kind of cool that you didn't realize it was based on a film! That makes me happy, to know that it works just as a story as well as a "reel" fic.
I dunno if Arthur would exactly call himself top head of state just yet, but he certainly stepped up to the challenge of getting thrown in with the rest of them. *pats him*
