I don't have anything particularly important to add, except a great big YES to everything you said. Just watched last night's episode, and now I am filled with overflowing love for House and his ethical dilemmas and his air-keyboard and his snark and his eyes and, and, and, okay, I'm too ebullient to be coherent so I'll stop now. :-)
