corilannamI was having a pretty crappy morning until I got to work, checked my e-mail, and saw the Special Bean Alert that SEAN BEAN IS DOING A MOVIE WITH EWAN MCGREGOR OMG!!!!

In the meantime, my yuletide story continues to go swimmingly. Okay, swimmingly is probably a big of an overstatement, but it is going, and at this date that's all I can ask for. My goal is to get it done in the next day or two so that I can get some beta eyes on it. I'm at that point where I'm absolutely convinced that my fundamental concept is flawed beyond redemption, the execution is pedestrian, and my poor recipient is going to be weeping into her Cheerios on Christmas morning from overwhelming disappointment.
In any case, once I'm done, I can let myself watch the rest of the ROTK:EE, and really, it's all about that anyway, right?
