Apr. 13th, 2005 09:36 amI am blissfully happy to be alive this morning. I got to work early (i.e., on time) this morning, and now I'm sitting at my desk enjoying the following things:
- the most fabulous mug of Earl Grey Creme tea imaginable
- tons of House squee all over my flist
- pictures of Simon LeBon kissing John Taylor
- the order confirmation for my new mp3 player, which I found on sale at Amazon for $40 less than Best Buy was charging when I almost bought it there. I will have music on my commute once more!
So I'm going to enjoy this brief interlude of happiness, until I have to go to the gym and go home and clean my apartment and do my taxes and make DSL work again on my computer. But that's simply *hours* from now.

Must... kill... the perky!
Date: 2005-04-13 01:55 pm (UTC)Of course, the apartment is a pit, strewn as it is with boxes and boxes of "Do we need this? I don't think that we do." junk to get rid of. God, there's nothing more satisfying than throwing away half your worldly possessions...
Though Simon macking on John-boy is an acceptable substitute, in a pinch. *g* I love that you're finally getting the DD love. It amuses my increasingly aged soul.
Keep enjoying your day!
